- 1 sheet puff pastry
- parchment paper
- 2 thinly sliced pears
- 2 tsp Pomegranate White Balsamic Vinegar
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Flatten 1 sheet puff pastry with parchment paper on a baking tray.
- Lay 2 thinly sliced pears on pastry leaving a 1 inch border.
- Bast pears with 2 tsp Pomegranate White Balsamic and sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake 12 minutes or until pastry is golden brown.
