Fruity acids are a meats best friend. It helps break down the proteins in the meat. Learning this, we developed a meat marinade with our pomegranate juice. A hint of tart with the effervescence of red wine vinegar and fresh garlic adds a uniqueness to this marinade. You are welcome to marinade over night too, it is low in sodium so it won’t dry your meat out.

Tip:

Check out our “suggested marinating times” for meat in the recipe menu.

Perfect marinade!

This is such a wonderful blend of flavors! Tasty, but light. Not overbearing, like so many other marinades I’ve tried. I’ve used it on baked chicken. I look forward to trying it on beef and maybe some veggies.

Best of the Best

I've been buying your products for a couple of years now from local events here and online. The marinade is the best on the market and the Balsamic is excellent .All the Pomegranate products are top notch

It’s only marinating sauce we buy. buy from you at festivals . But if I running low or out I put order in right you. We have all different sauces you have. Just delicious. Oh thank you for extra care in packing our order and writing breakable glass all over the box. So mail Carrier would take care and not toss package on our porch. Thank you

I particularly love the Maranades. I first found Skylake Ranch at the Corning Wine Food an Art Festival some years ago. I just bought 2 different kinds at the festival yesterday
